TKJ May theme is all about flowers. What is the significance of flower into May? It is the season of Santa Cruzan and Flores de Mayo. The time in which flower is the main attraction. Flower plays a huge role in making the event more colorful and beautiful. We see different kinds of flowers everywhere that beautifies the environment.
May 8 is a important celebration for all mothers around the world. TKJ pay tribute to the undying love and sacrifices they offered for their children. A mother’s role is tiresome yet often unrecognized and unappreciated. A mother performs many roles in society. She nurtures us, she takes care of us and she loves us the best way she knows how. A mother deserves love and respect from everyone in society.
We are blesed for having a mother. We are fortunate to see the light and experience our existence.

My Mother's garden

My Mother kept a garden,
a garden of the heart,
She planted all the good things
that gave my life it's start.
She turned me to the sunshine
and encouraged me to dream,
Fostering and nurturing
the seeds of self-esteem...
And when the winds and rain came,
she protected me enough--
But not too much because she knew
I'd need to stand up strong and tough.
Her constant good example
always taught me right from wrong--
Markers for my pathway
that will last a lifetime long.
I am my Mother's garden.
I am her legacy-
And I hope today she feels the love
reflected back from me.
